Terms and Conditions
One half of the session fee is due as a retainer at the time of scheduling your session. This retainer holds your scheduled date and time. This retainer applies to your total package fee. The balance of your session fee is due on or before 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Session fees include the time and talent of the photographer, and editing of the stated number of images. There is a minimum print order for each session level.
You will receive a preview of your images, usually 2-3 days after your shoot. The remaining images will be available within 2 weeks. You will be able to view them in a private, password protected, online gallery. This gallery will remain up for 2 weeks.
What the session fee does not include: High resolution copies suitable for printing, print or copyright release. Unless otherwise stated all images are property of and copyright of Bonnie Stanley Photography. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. You may purchase a print release for an additional fee, however, copyright remains with Bonnie Stanley Photography. When posting online, print or in a publication, Bonnie Stanley Photography must be given credit.
Additional editing and cropping of photos is prohibited. Watermark must remain with image. If you must crop for an online profile photo, photo credit must be given in the description as “Photo Credit: Bonnie Stanley Photography”.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If there is a need for you to cancel your scheduled shoot date and time, I ask you do so before 48 hours prior to your session time.
Each session has a set aside studio date and time. Your retainer fee, one half of the session fee, is non-refundable. This retainer will allow you to reschedule up to 2 times, when cancellations are made within the 48 hour time period.
If you reschedule 2 times and you need to reschedule a 3rd time a new contract needs to be signed and a new retainer will need to be paid. The original retainer fee will be forfeited.
